hi,
Earnings

Payslips June 2008 – May 2009 (Payslips 31st each month)
Bank Statements – July 2008 – June 2009 (3rd each month Salary payed June salary visible on 3 july statement)
this should not b a problem Make it clear on your cover letter.
I went to a HSBC branch to get my statements stamped they told me this is no longer perforned and that I have to collect the customer service and Order a statement for Online banking, Customer support told me they cannot order statements only Certificate of Balance for particualr date.
try different branches of HSBC.in not sucessful take a full printout of statements ( not a particular day/date) and get it signed and stamped or ask for your bank staetments from teh bank on bank staionary. Since u have time try doing some tranactions on your account like one each day ( or one in 2-3 days) so that the entire statement on 15/20 june looks good and well above the required funds.

I dont understand why you take it so cool and apply so late man ?
Please be informed that if by chance it is rejected and if it is by post ...Only option for you is go back home if there is no apeal ..

Better take a appointment in May and apply in May

Bank Statements – July 2008 – June 2009 (3rd each month Salary payed June salary visible on 3 july statement)

This should be fine. TAKE EXTRA MIN OR TWO TO MAKE SURE THE AMOUNT IN YOUR PAYSLEEP IS EXACT AS TO WHAT BEEN CREDITED TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT
Maintenance

Statements -1st March – 1st June (>90 days) Last Dated 6 June
Letter Dated 6 June..

are you using 2 diffrent accounts? i.e. 1 to show your earnings and 2nd to show your maintanance? Try not to do it. THISfella has had a terrible experience no matter how good you lable or describe

I dont think a Certificate of balance is any good. They insist on bank statements. It needs to be proven that you had min of required maintanance fund in your account every single day. If your bank isnt willing to do it in branch, call them and order it since you have tme to do so.

You can receive regular paper statements, just turn on the option in online banking. You will get the original bank statements.

You can also ring up HSBC to ask for paper statements, they will give you the past month, you can ask them to give you the next 2 months too until June. Their phone number is mentioned in online banking (sorry, can't find it on my mobile anymore. I rang them two weeks ago to get a one time statement for a Schengen visa application, got it in 3 business days).
