Hi,

I brought a flat from one of property developer with A part buy, part rent scheme.If i am applying settlement visa i need to menctioned in application or not required

Present property 40% mine and 60% Goverment (A part buy, part rent scheme) scheme from the following link

My main concerned was if i am apply settlement visa for my wife and daughter this property comes under any public funds scheme or not.

In settlement application form asking for any public funds or benefits i am getting

You say "60% Goverment" but I suspect that is not totally accurate.

Please confirm that the 60% is currently owned by a Housing Association. If that is indeed the case, there is no Public Funds problem here.
