Hello,
I changed to the new employment 6 months back and on workpermit with the new employer. I was on work permit with the old employer.
I am now due for ILR. I cannot find bank statements, wageslips, P60 etc... from previous years (2003-2007) I however do have my old work permit, new work permit, bank statements from late 2007 & salary slips plus other phone bills, utility bills etc..... would these be sufficient i will be applying under work permit category for settlement (SET-O).
I sm planning to use same day service. Also, last week I got 6 points on my license. Do I have to declare it???? if i dont is there anyway they can find????
Can someone please advise?????

Since you have changed to your employers, you will be asked for P60 and payslips as proof. If you haven't changed your employer, you would have been fine.
You can contact HMRC and they can give you some documentation for your prevous earnings.
Six points on your license need to be discolsed if it is given in court for Full UK license as good character requirement (Fixed penalty is different). This can be serious or less serious depending your circumstances.(how did you get it,license type etc)
In order to give you correct suggestion for both points, please give details about your current situation.
Hope this helps

I got 3 points on 1 day last week and 3 points next day coming back. There was a speed camera I did not notice on the motorway. I got 2 letters sent to me saying if I accept it its 3 points + £60 each and have to send my driving license to that HM Courts service in Leamington Spa that will be the end of it. or If I prefer, I can go to Magistrate's court to challenge this. Something that I am not planning to do.
Many Thanks

I understand you have Full UK licence and you go can accept Fixed penatly notice without going to court. If that 6 points on your license breaches threshold (if your license in less than 2 years old or you have already have points)and you are disqualified from driving it will be recorded on NPC. you may have to declare it then.
Please see the requirement below what you have to declare in your application

Hope this helps

i racked up 9 points (3x speed camera fixed penalties) in my first 2 years of full uk licence.
Paid my fines, DID NOT LOSE LICENCE, was not refused HSMP extension declaring them all.
The points will all be dropped off the licence by the time i apply for ILR, though i will still mention them.
Not going to lose sleep over it affecting an ILR application, if they didnt deem it necessary to remove me from the country closer to the time of the 'offences'.
