PREVIOUS EARNINGS

Has anyone successfully acquired Tier 1 or HSMP visa by showing "ONLY"

1. Tax Return
2. Bank Statements

as proof of previous earnings - NO OTHER DOCUMENT ?

NO OTHER DOCUMENT - ONLY Tax return and Bank Statements

Kindly share your experience if the same applied to you.

Hi MSI GEEK,

Your bank statement only shows your NET salary and not your gross salary. If you want to claim for only NET salary, I think this should be fine. But make sure your tax document covers complete period for which you are claiming points. Also since tax document run fron April-March, it will limit your flexibility.

u got to wait for someone who has gone through the process with such sort of a situation but as far as guidelines are concerned they said if u are really sure about the period fo claim then only u can use it.

As chetanojha mentioned, its not complete for showing your income. You are sure to be looking for a refusal.
