Indian Earnings: Uplift Ratio

hi friends , i have applied for Tier1 using my UK allowances and Indian Salary.

1)Since i was in UK all the time ( claim period) am i supposed to apply the uplift ratio on my Indian earnings?

2) I have applied using the uplift ratio, but even if i dont consider the uplift ratio ,my earnings are getting me enough points to qualify for the TIER1. Does that means that the case worker would consider my application without the uplift ratio and move on and give me points that i deserve without the uplift ratio OR will he not consider the uplift ratio and award me no poiints for the previous earnings?

Hi

I had claimed points for my India income using uplift ratio. I was in UK for the full period I had claimed income. The case worker did not consider uplift ration. He just converted the earnings to Pounds sterling.

I guess if you spend some months in India, you can claim income for that period with uplift ratio.

So that means even if u claim using uplift ratio, Case worker will convert into GBP and award suitable points(without uplift ratio that is) ?
