As far as I know you can. After my application was refused and I appealed, I clarified with two lawyers that my status remains the same i.e IGS/PSW until the result of the hearing. Now that my appeal has been allowed there is no reason why that should change. Unless anyone else knows otherwise.jack199 wrote:Hi Guys
Does someone knows that once the appeal has been allowed, can you work full time while you wait for the HO letter/Passport to come back from HO?
Thanks
Thats exactly what i thought and still believe, but diff people say you need a stiker on your passport till then you can not. Still not sure. But thanks for the reply really appreciated.sban wrote:As far as I know you can. Hi jack199,jack199 wrote:Hi Guys
I have found this link wheich clearly states that when your IGS/PSW application is pending (including appeal) you can carry on working full time!

As I said I checked with two lawyers and both said you can. Your status remains the same while you appeal and if you win obviously it carries on.A wrote: Hi jack199,
Just be aware that this document is over a year old and relates more to the IGS, does it not? I wouldn't take that as gospel since it's so old and since so many rules have changed since Feb 08. Just be careful!!... Have you rung the HO at all about this - if so, what did they say? (As I previously told you, I have been told 3 different things by HO in relation to this qn!)

This is what i thought and to be on a safe side i am not doing more that 20 hours even my solicitor said that you can work full time once the decision has been made i.e. appeal decision but waiting for the HO letter to send passport.tuhadda_fuffar wrote:You always have the same work and other rights which were ture on ur most recent visa status during or after the appeal process untill you switch to another visa category.
