Maintainence Fund dates Query...

Maintainence Fund dates Query...

Friends,

Am applying on 27th April 2009.
For the maintenance fund letter am showing it from 1st Dec 2008 - 23April 2009 (More than three months of having 2800 GBP)

Am also getting three months bank statement from the same date as the letter i.e 1st Dec 2008 - 23April 2009.

Kindly let me know if am going correct, if not then please give me the feasible dates to take the statement for, as i still have one week to go.

Case worker will go from the last date on your statement to the 3 previous months. so if your funds are maintained from 24th January 2009 till 23 April 2009, you are fine

Appreciate your response Rex, but can i not show the maintenance as well as the three months bank statement from the following dates, just to be safe....

1st Dec 2008 - 23April 2009.

Just to inform am showing my previous earnings from 01 April 2008 till 31st March 2009

YES - you can show the statements bet 1/12/2008 til 23/4/2009. About your earnings - I am sorry but I dont have any knowledge on that side. May be seniors can guide you in terms of what you need to produce from the bank to prove your earnings ( are inline with your payslip ) You may need teh statament covering entire year.. I'll try to do some research and let u knw if m lucky

Since u r submitting the bank statements from 01 April 2008 till 23rd Apr 09.. in ur cover letter just clarify that 01 April 2008 till 31st March 2009 is for the earnings plus the relevant payslip support

and HO will automatically will take 3months from the last date of bank statement within 1month of submitting application for maintenance funds... which will be 22nd jan 09 to 23rd apr 09
