So as it says really i want to imigrate to Canada but i picked up a police caution just over a year ago for common assault
...no fine no conviction no comunity service etc,but a mark on my record...Has anyone applied for a visa before 5 years have gone?i know the 5 year period is the standard wait time but i have also heard about exeptions.
any infomation on the subject would be apreciated,Thank you in advance
