Urgent.......Salary cheque issue.............please resolve.

Hi....

I am working as a Software Engineer and side by side I work part time as Relationship Manager. Yesterday I got a check as a salary for last 10 months for my part time work. I deposited the cheque yesterday but the problem is that in the bank statement it is not written from which company the cheque was issued. The only thing which is written is the "Cheque Number". I want to show this amount in my earnings of last one year. Although I have xerox copy of the cheque in which Company's Name is written, How can I now prove that the amount deposited is from my earnings????

Get a letter from the company on their letter head (signed and stamped) mentioning the cheque number, the amount and the service you did for them. Make sure the cheque number and the amount match with your bank statement.
