HSMP to Tier-1 PEO apoitmt extn with long Visa Expiry date

Guys,

I have seen conflicting messages on this, so thought to get clear information on this..Please help..

My case...
HSMP - 2 yr - Validity Apr 2008 - Apr 2010.

Planning to book Croydon PEO for Visa extn now so that I could get clear path till Apr 2013.

My questions are..

1. Any one renewed Visa so early @ PEO recently..??
2. If so will they ask any difficult questions like reasons etc..?
3. I assume Visa extn irrespective of applying date will be last Visa expiry + 3 years (2+3 hsmp)...Any one had different experience either PEO or postal...?
4. I assume HSMP to Tier1 extn will not be affected by recent rule changes like Masters Degree etc..?

Please clarify if any one can..
