Original documents & English proficiency

Hello Guys!!
1.I have recieved the M.Tech from IIT. I am planning to cliam 25 points. Do I need to send the Original documents of Degree , Plus 2 and X or is the Masters degree suffice ? Do we require any other certificates to prove the Date of Birth ? I am under the category of Over 28.

2. For the English proficiency...do I need to submit any certicate or a statement from me stating that my school and college education was in English. Please advise.

yes you have to submit ur english language certificates,

and original degrees too. BS and MS both.

HI,
I am planning to send my secondary school certificate and Plus two certifciate and wish to write in the covering letter that the Graduation & post graduation was in english. In the Graduate & post graduate certificates there is no statement of medium of instruction. Do I need to add anything more. futher more, I can state that I have worked and Lived in US for 3 years. will this be sufficient or do I need to show anymore documentatry evidence.

I have submitted two letters from my BS univ and MS univ which state that medium of instruction is English.
