Application refusal under Maintanance Fund

Hi,
I got my application refusal due to Maintance fund. The reason was that the last 12 month bank statment that I have provided didnt include immidiate months before the application made. E.g I have applied on 14th March '09 but I had given Bank statements from jan-08 to dec-08. Unfortunetly I missed to give bank statements just prior to the date application being made.

Is there anyway I can send them the bank statements to re-consider my old application?

Can anybody please help?

Hi Kayan,

Sorry for your application. HO need bank statement no older than one month for maintenance funds evidence. This is clearly mentioned in the policy document. Unfortunately, you didn't provide it and missed the very basic mandatory reqt of your application.
I don't think you can do anything now. You might have right to appeal but given the documents you have provided, I don't see chances for its success.
Wait for other members reply on this. But in my opinion, it would be cheaper and less time consuming for you to reapply than appealing against the decision especially when you know you have not provided all mandatory documents.

To gain 10 points for maintenance is mandatory and u havent provide it in your application. Its very difficult to appeal against that decision. Its better to do a fresh application...
