Visa Refused for Making False Representation

Post by atif_butt » Thu Apr 30, 2009 2:23 pm

I was refused PSW six months ago for making false representation.I did not state on application form that I have previously been refused leave to remain with HO one-year ago.At that time, I left Uk Voluntarily to apply for visa from my home country. Also, there was no deception involoved at that time.

Now my question is that Am I still eligible to apply for student visa or I have now got an entry ban of 10-years.

All replies will be highly appreciated

Thanks in anticipation.

Were you told in your refusal letter from HO that you have an 10 year entry ban to the UK? If so, then any application you make will be automatically refused. If not, then you can make an application which should be considered. But do ensure that you provide genuine answers to questions asked as misrepresentation would not be in your favour.
