Have you recieved the adjudicators decision that was made at the appeal hearing to say that your appeal was allowed ( meaning you won it).?

Do you know whether the Home Office are going to appeal against the courts decision?.

If not, then by the time the HO send the decision to the post where your mum applied instructing them to issue the visa, it could take anything up to 3 months after the courts decision before they write to your mum asking her to call in with her passport and TB certificate to have the visa stamped in it.

I suggest you contact the embassy where the application was made to find out latest position, as they would know what is happening with your mums application

There is no harm in contacting them to see if you get any response. Dont be suprised if they tell you to wait a bit longer.

I am not suprised that the BHC has not recieved anything from the HO. You did right in sending the Adjudicators decison . You will have to wait 2-3 weeks before you email them again

You can contact AIT in UK, but they will only tell you that its out of their hand now, as the appeal was heard and sorted out.

It is now up to the HO and BHC in Islamabad to get their fingers out and issue visa.

You can try and approach your local MP(if there is any honest ones about) and ask him to write a letter on your behalf, sometime this does the trick.
