HELP VISA REFUSED

Abu Dhabi refused the initial application, it was for hsmp dependent visa filed from Pakistan. Therefore had to send it back there. The ECM should have a look and if he isn't convinced then it would be passed to UK for the longer process.

The other enquiry I had was:

"On the other hand, a question from one of my friends, whom I could not answer. He is about to submit a spouse application and has good funds to show, however the rent for the flat he has taken up is being paid from a different account. Should it matter if the maintainace funds proof does not show up the rent paid out each month? Should the ECO be concerned with this? Looking at my case, he really doesn't want to put up more than 1 account for proof of funds."

Whose account is the rent being paid from ?. If its not from your friends, then yes he is going to have a problem. The ECO will want to know who is paying for the accomadation.

If it is being paid from his account, the n he shoud send details/statements from that account as part of his application.

Remember Third party support is not allowed.

He should send as much information about his financial sittuation, as that is one of the most important thing the ECO looks at when he is going through the application

Its better to send more info than what is required rather than less. Its better to be safe than sorry.
