PSW refused base on maintenance fund

My application for PSW was refused based on maintenance fund. The basis of my refusal was that my money dropped for four days at the beginning of my account statement which was between 4th of October to 8th of October. The closing balance in that month was £3,850 and the subsequent balance were £5,500 and £12, 450 respectively. I equally have a dependant with my application because my wife is currently living with me. I am gainfully employed with my wife. My wife is on full time employment as well earnings like £1,200 after tax and I am earning £1500 after tax as well. Could anyone help me with certain information you think might be useful for me in this case. I have engaged a Lawyer but still dancing round the whole issue because we have not been able to see any reported and won cases. I need help right now.

Dude maintenance thing is compulsary whether its PSW or Tier 1. U have to fullfill the requirement whether u r earning 1500 , 2000 or 10000.. The thing is after your case submission if u were maintaining the bank account according to the guidelines then there is a grave chance that u get the appeal in your favour ....

The maintenance bit is what they use to deny people a lot now, having more money after is not the issue but the required amount at the time of application BUT when you go to appeal and at the time of the appeal, you have enough and you have a lenient judge then you might have your appeal allowed. Don't give up though, you just have to be positive! All the best.

You will win your appeal so far it is based on maintainence grounds or you have money in another account within that period that your money went down and i won my case as well even arguing that i earn xxxx and can financially take care of my self
