Hi Mudit, whether will u get a job there? is a good Question and good Q's dont have answers
considering the worst volatile market situation we are in, getting a job purely depends on one's fate, I am not trying to scare you but this is the situation every where and you need to be at the right place at the right time and I guess you know that.

coming to the visa processing times, usually it takes a months time to get the passport back.
I have heard finding a partime is'nt that difficult but not sure.

Since you will be applying from India, it really depends from where you are applying and which BHC you are sending application to. But normally it takes minimum 2 months to get visa stamped.

Don't mean to discourage you, even Gordon Brown himself cannot comment anything on job market Its purely depends on your skillset and on the opportunity available in market, and on your luck(as mentioned by other member).

Yes people get temp/part-time jobs, but why are you planning to temp jobs since you have good job in Indian IT company. You can apply for Tier 1, but don't plan anything on temp/part-time jobs.
