Hey ,

You can convert Tier1(hsmp) to tier2(WP)
But for tier2 you need a sponser + your ILR counter gets reset to 0 ....

But why do u wanna do that ....Most employers are happy to hire tier1 guys as they dont need to have head ache of being a sponser ....
