What are waiting times for Tier 2 (Inter Company Transfer)?

I had applied for my Tier 2 Work permit at Bangalore VFS office on April 3rd 2009 and i have still not received it . The status still shows as "Your visa application has been forwarded to the British High Commission" . How long do i have to wait ? I have applied through A-rated sponsor (one of the top 5 India IT company).
