Urgent Advise please

Dear Friends,
I came to England and completed masters. My status changed into SEGS in January 2007 which finished in January 2008. In January 2008, I joined another Masters here in Scotland. While renewing visa as a student (in January 2008), I was told that I can claim one more year as Fresh Talent at GLASGOW PEO. I recently asked member of RAS-Scotland in one of the job fair and he also told me that I'll get one more year as a Post study work. However no one could answer me if I have to apply as a transitional applicant or an initial applicant.
My visa is running out at the end of May and my graduation is on July. Can u please advise me what should I do?? How can I apply for a post study or how can I stay till my Graduation??
