HSMP Performance Pay and Comission Pay.....

Hi All,
Just wondering can we add performance pay and comission pay in our Gross,
coz some times my Performance pay and comission is more than my basic pay per months,will that be ok...
Any comments much appreciated.....

You can add this as long as this is clearly mentioned in your payslip/employer's letter and also in Bank statement.

But how can I sho my performance pay seprate in bank statement
In my pay slip I have performance pay, commission pay, Basic pay
than the total gross amount. and finally the net amount.
and the net amount on the pay slip matches with the bank statement,
any comments on this much appreciated

No need for statements to show a break-up. If the Performance pay etc. is shown on the pay stub and the net amount as shown on the same matches with the amount credited to your bank account there is absolutely no problem.
