Help With Filling Application Form For HSMP to Tier 1 Exten

Help With Filling Application Form For HSMP to Tier 1 Exten

All,
Can Somebody help me with regards to page number 21 of the application where they are asKing for the details of journey, Ticket number, transport operator.

I came to UK in 2004 not knowing i need to keep the above details i chucked them in the Bin as soon as i landed in UK now ukba want those details to fill in the application. Can any of those who have been or filled application for extension advice me if i write N/A or Dont Know the details of the Ticket Ref Number and TRANSPORT OPERATOR will that be acceptable.

You can get the landing date from your passport's immigration stamp.
If you cannot remember ticket no. etc. you can leave it blank.

I dont think these details are applicable for Extension Application. Please read the form carefully. Some Ans. asks to Jump to certain Section skiping Section which are not applicable.
