what is a straight forward application for UKBA

Post by mghe » Fri May 15, 2009 9:36 am

Hello All,

Just wondering, when I was reading through the PEO process link in UKBA, they speak about straight forward application will be processed in PEO. But what exactly is straightforward for UKBA. for example below is the summary of my application.

Age: passport and birth certificate
Education : Did my Master here in UK, have degree and transcripts.
Prev earnings :
worked for two employers
first one :: has only online payslip mode , so had to print them out and signed and sealed. Bank statements from Natwest reflecting these. Reference letter from employer
Second one :: original payslips, barclays bank statements, as in my previous thread only latest bank statement is going to be a printout from the Bank sealed by them ofcourse. Letter of reference from employer.

Maint fund : Same as the salary account. so hope i need not provide any extra staements. Or if I need to anything extra pls let me know ?

So for me its pretty straight fwd. But nt sure wat UKBA will feel. So, will they analyse the docs before they charge us for the application, for straightfwd or not? Or is it a gamble that the caseworker will feel that its not straight fwd after we pay?

Please let me know your thoughts.
thanks :)

That seems like pretty straight forward case - age supported by passport; UK Education; UK Employment.

You are fine re maintenance fund evidence. i.e. evidence as used for earnings can be used for maintenance funds as well
