My application has been posted, but now I remember that my police registration certificate is full. All the spaces of the police registration certificate are filled up by changing address, visa extension, passport extension.

Does the home office need to stamp on the certificate when they issue Tier 1 visa?

If the certificate is full, as in my case, what will they do? Can they decline the case just because the certificate is full?

Their guidance notes have not required that the certificate should have at least one space left.

Any experiences please?

No, HO "reads" it, "the writer" is the Police ..

I assume you will have to send to the head office (OVRO - brandon house) for exchange (it says so on the back side of the certificate) and ask to stamp your new visa at the same time. Otherwise there is will not be enough time for you to update it in your local police station, within 7 days as required.
