Should English Lawyers be used for applying for HSMP?

Post by Dodge » Fri Aug 19, 2005 3:55 pm

Hi! I need a suggestion... My fiancée is a dietician from India and is below 27 yrs of age. As per the HSMP point calculator she qualifies by 90 points roughly. I need to find out few things 1) Do you have to get your degree recognised by any body like NARIC? 2) What all documents do you have to provide for claiming points on earnings and significant achievement? Are these English lawyers good in drafting the application? Or one should go in for any Desi lawyer who can use twist and turns ?Although there is lot of information given on various sites but i am not sure what to way to take. Any views please.................
