Contacting UKNARIC

Hi all

I have being trying to contact UKNARIC, about my international diploma, but I never get an answer. Is it possible that they don't answer any calls and you just have to send your information by mail or their website? I am a little secure about the whole process. But I will like to know if you all get the same problemsand just have to relay on internet contact.

You will have to apply for Letter of Comparision formally through their system. They wont tell you anything over the phone just like that.
