One- Off claim for cost of second extension (ILR group)

I have applied for one- off claim for HSMP second extension. My application to home office includes claim for extension application fee, solicitor fee, losses of tax credit and child benefits. Will the claim be paid for only application fee or all cost as above? Any comment?
