FRAUD IN BANK ACCOUNT...APPLYING END OF NXT MONTH....

Hello everyone,
My visa is due to expire on 2nd of july and I had maintain a balance of 800 pounds from 26th of march. Unfortunately earlier these week going through the bank statement I discovered that company called lending company took money from my account and later discovered that it was a fraud and my balance came down to 700 pounds for two days until I discovered it. I was planning to apply on 30th june but the same has severely affected my visa prospects. I have deposited 300 pounds immediately the next day and also informed the bank but dont these would help.
Pls guys I need your advice on these as I am lost at the moment and what action should I take??????????????[/b]

Get a letter from your bank stating the fact that it was a FRAUD and attach it with your documents and hopefully everything would be ok. Otherwise you will get a refusal.

Get a letter from your bank stating the fact that it was a FRAUD and attach it with your documents and hopefully everything would be ok. Otherwise you will get a refusal.

The only thing that will help is if your bank can verify that there was fraud on your account. Having over £1k will not help at this stage, make sure you get an official letter to back up your application and hope that the narrow-minded case workers are able to apply discretion at this stage. The letter would be the only option... the other important thing is to explain the stuff in your cover letter properly.....
