refused under 320 (7a)

Post by jamdown » Sat May 23, 2009 11:13 pm

I wonder if any one can help me. My husband was refused under 320 (7a) we ticked no never been refused entry into the uk in the last 10 years. Un be known to us because he was given 3 days temporary admission this actually constitutes to a refusal.

We never held back in our statements that my husband was an overstayer and he went back to his country before the 1st october 2008

We have full right of appeal. But in reading the laws it does state that is an instant refusal and no right of appeal. can anyone clarify this foe me please.

Thank you in advance
