Hi Guys,

Just a quick question. IF you send you HSMP extension and it i snot decided until your current leave expires and you get refused.

WIll you able to re-apply again (not having leave to remain)
Will you get right to appeal ?

I am askign this because i am planning to go in person because for any reason if i get refused i should have LTR to re-apply again with the mistakes rectified.

Guys or seniors memeber what you suggest ? What are the waiting times for in-person appointment ?
