WHy cant u get the same letter on a company letter head... n get it signed.. no stamping is required...fahadz1 wrote:HI all..
i am a bit confused i discuss this case on this forum as well before. only one payslip is not matching in bank statement and 70 pounds is only extra in bank account.
My employer have given me reference letter but its useless cause they dont have letter head neither stamp. I am sure home office will not accept this as it look like ordinary A4 letter size letter with signed only.
Seniow member please tell me what should i do . some said leave that month payslip but i can't leave that month.
Any other suggestions ????
Regards,
The best thing is get a letter from employer stating the reason for this discrepancy. Ofcourse, this goes without saying that it needs to be on the company letter head and not on any ordinary paper. Try pushing your HR to issue this letter and also try to explain them your situation and stringent criteria at Home office.fahadz1 wrote:HI all..

By the way, do you qualify for Tier 1 without including earnings for the month in question?... if so and if you are unable to get a letter from employer on letter head, then I'll recommend you to go ahead with whatever you've got and explain this scenario on cover letter. on the worst case, case worker might not consider that particular months earnings and you can still get visa based on rest of the months.
I understand but my 3rd class company DONT have letterhead or Stamp. Thats the biggest hurdle i'm facing.tvn_ramesh wrote:WHy cant u get the same letter on a company letter head... n get it signed.. no stamping is required...fahadz1 wrote:HI all..

Letter from Employer is the only best option to explain the salary conspiracies.. with bank statement..
HOpe others can give some alternative solution... goodluck
I'm afraid, it would then totally depend on case worker. If he/she goes by book, they have full rights to refuse application by not allotting you point for the month in question and if you fail to qualify for threshold points without that months earnings.fahadz1 wrote:i told them that i am in problem but they keep on saying that if any problem HO will contact us and we will answer them. but i have seen the members exp if any oen payslip is not corroborating i will get refused thats what i am thinking ? please correct me if i'm wrong ?destiniation_london wrote:The best thing is get a letter from employer stating the reason for this discrepancy. If your company fails to give you letter in required format, I'd recommend you to put this point clearly in cover letter and go ahead with the application.
By the way, do you qualify for Tier 1 if you don't include earnings for that particular month ?
