Last payslip different from the rest

Last payslip different from the rest

Dear Friends

My last payslip is in different format from the rest as the company ERP

software got changed in april. Will it cause any problem.

Kindly help.

Explain that in your Letter. And if possible get a letter from the HR stating the same. I don't see this being any problem as long as the bank statement matches with the net amount shown in the payslip.

But it is always better to be safe than sorry. Hence request you to contact HR and get a letter from them

I think, you should be fine with this. But, don't forget to highlight this on the cover letter. I applied with 3 different types of payslips (online printouts, one month salary on letter head, formal payslips), but i mentioned this on the cover letter and i got approval without any hitch.

As long the amount on salary slips and bank statement matches, you should be fine with this.
