Calendar months for earnings assessment

I'm preparing my Tier 1 application and got a bit confused with the calendar months thing... hope someone can help me. Can't make a mistake, as I just get enough points for my salary!

My payslips cover the 12 month period, and my first payslip is dated 30/06/08 and my last payslip - 31/05/09. Does that constitute "12 calendar months"?

What shall state as the start and end dates of the period of earnings - 30/06/09 to 31/05/09 or 01/06/09 to 31/05/09?

Can anyone clarify?

Yes- as you are submitting 12 pay slips

What shall state as the start and end dates of the period of earnings - 30/06/09 to 31/05/09 or 01/06/08 (Edited for year) to 31/05/09?

If you are paid for the entire month on the last day of the month then it will be 01/06/09 to 31/05/09

Start date should be 01/06/2008 and
end date as 31/05/2009
