Citizenship/Working optionsâ€

Hey,

I am in the predicament of being in a same sex relesionship with a partner within the US in the state of Arizona, i'm 24 years old and have been together with my partner several years, spending trips there ranging from 2 weeks to 6 months on a temporary visa, I was curious if anyone could give me a run down of my options for either moving there, working full time or working temporarily.

I have been offered a job position in a friends company over there, I currently work as a Butcher Supervisor and have not yet had training in field that I will be going in for within the US however it will be provided for me there.

All help will be more than welcomed as I am finding all the different types of forms rather baffling.
