Sorry my old friend for being harsh on you, but I will give it to you straight from the horses mouth, that in your present circumstances, you havent a cat in hells chance of succeeding with your fiances application.

I hope I am proved wrong for your sake, as I hate to see people all alone, when in fact they have found someone and fallen in love with them and are happy to spend the rest of their lives together.

The reason why I dont think you will succeed is because you are dependent on state benefits.

Sorry

Whilst I concur with Batleykhan, theoretically u can do it, if you can prove 100% that u can manage without it costing the British Tax Payer any extra than now (ie she won't benefit from any benefits u get).

Prove that, prove u can accommodate her, and prove its a genuine marriage (she's not 23 I hope!) and it's possible - best maybe to go via an immigration solicitor or advisor.

Sorry.... again !!!!

Near enough the same rules apply for visitors as well. You the sponsor has to show that you can financially maintain, support and acommadate the visitor you are inviting here.

To prove this, you have to provide details of your income, savings, housing etc. This is something that you are unlikely to do in your present predicament.

The only way you can get your lady friend on a visitor visa is for someone else who might know her and can provide above to sponsor her. Even this is a long shot and very unlikely you will succeed
