hi, i am making an initial application for HSMP, can u plz guide me for this
G1. Does the applicant consider him/herself to be covered by the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review Judgment of 8 April 2008?

G2. Does the applicant wish to have the application assessed in accordance with
paragraph 39-42 of the HSMP Forum Ltd. Judicial Review: Policy Document?

Hi Malik,

If you ask your questions like this, I am afraid no one will give you a feedback quickly because your questions are unclear. Are you applying for the first time or you already have the HSMP Approval letter? Please, answer this as simple as you can.

HSMP does not exist anymore for new applicants. The above points only refer to people who came to UK on HSMP before November 2006

U r making initial application for Tier1 not HSMP... Put No on G1 & G2.. Please read the guidelines again...

Yes, i am applying for tier 1(general) and secondly i do not have the HSMP Approval letter?
