Life is never easy..
So, I came to UK in May 2004 on WP (and LTR) valid until May 2006 . I worked on WP until Feb 2005 when my employer decided to make me redundant. I than in April 2005, I managed to get sponsor and got WP which said I have 6 month (or before my leave expire) to apply for leave. I did not start work for him and neither apply for LTR with that approval.
In June 2005, another employer sponsored my WP (and I was granted 5 year LTR) and I started working for them. Since them I am working for same company. Now my question is if, my first employer has informed home office that I no more work for them (quite rightly) say in march. Even though my leave was valid, what would be my status during that period. Given Home office approved my LTR (applied personally at Corydon) in June suggest they were ok at that point of time.
Now I am applying for ILR and quite right worried what implications this may have on my application.
I am using this forum for last 4 years and I appreciate all the responders who take their personal time out to help guys like me.
