Income clarification

Hi this is June 2009.

Can I apply for Tier 1 based on income from 1st April 2008 - 25th Feb 2009?

The it still between the past 15 months, but I'm a bit worried that because the last income was in Feb they will reject the application?

You can show income for continuous 12 months within last 15 months of your application. If you are unemployed recently, you need to pick continuous months from past 15 months where you have worked and see if the amount earned is enough to apply. So attach some evidence that you are actively looking for work now that you are not employed.

You can pick any consecutive months to claim earnings. It does not have to be 12 months. You can even claim for 2 months if it satisfy the criteria.

how bout the bank statement issued date? Will submit application in August but I claim earnings from June '08 till May '09. Can I get statement from bank for those period now? Or I need to wait till August? Thanks.

I am sure you will provide payslips for the claimed months. Same is for the bank statements as well. Bank Statement "issue date" doesn't matter. All you should be looking for is transaction date.

Thats cool.. very appreciate that chetanojha.. Yes I will provide all payslips for those periods together with employer letter to strengthen the application.
I've been thinking it could be a relief to get those 12 months first.. then somewhere in early August for another 2 months for maintenance fund prove. In total of 14 months bank statements.

Yup you can do that. You also use the bank statements provided in earning section for your maintenance funds. Just mentioned and highlight this is cover letter.
