has anybody applied for tier 1 general from canada?
Can anybody help me about the waiting times?

i just got Tier 1 Yesterday June2 from Canada

I just got approval and visa stamp this week from Ottawa as Tier 1 General. Let me know what kind of help you need. I live in Mississauga and can be reached via email webspike@gmail.com

Again why you want to migrate from canada? Cant you get PR there?
