Hi every body,

I want to marry with my French girlfriend&I have got 1 question.
My passport is already in home office for extension(igs-psw)as my visa was going to expire on 10th may.
now a days home office is taking to much time to process the applications.I don,t want to waste my time in waiting.
can I apply for COA in the same time while my passport is already in home office and my visa expire on 10 may.

please help me.

I don't see why not so long as you provide them with the reference of the application which has your passport
