Your husband was probally refused because he didnt meet the conditions required to get visa.

I would have a guess and say that they probally refused him because your present circumstances means that you can not support and accomadate him without recourse to public funds.

We need more info about your personal circumstances, documents that you sent in support of your hubbys application, as well as the reasons for the refusal to advise you further.

Third party support, sponsorship from your sister, is not allowed. Living with in-laws is fine.

Searches on this forum may give you more information.

What exactly were the reasons for refusal?

You could appeal, you could also put in another application with more information to show you can both support yourselves.

Are you on maternity leave from work? If so, just show that you will be going back to that job after your baby is born if that is what you plan to do. Hopefully it pays enough to cover both of you and the baby. You could show qualifications and job references for both of you. Does he speak good English? If so, show evidence of that. You have £4k, so do a budget showing how long that will last taking into account your baby's arrival. Does he have any savings or assets, if so show evidence.

My advise would be to wait till you have had your baby, returned to work, and then apply when you have everything in place.

Reapplying and appealing in my opinion is waste of time and money as you will not succeed in your present circumstances.

The sponsor must be working and earning money to support the applicant. This is an essential requirement. If you dont meet this, then I am sorry to say but your husband would not be entitled to enter the UK.

The offer of a job is not sufficient to meet the criteria. You must be working and earning money to support you, your baby and hubby.

You canot get your sister to sponsor or financially assist you as this is not allowed. Your parents can say that you , hubby and baby can live with them rent free, providing there is sufficient room in the house.

I am afraid to say that you will have to be prepared to spend sometime without your husband,
