hi.
I already utilized my SEGS in 2007 (ONE YEAR) on master degree after that switch my visa in to student and doing MBA. My question am i eligible to apply PSW for ONE YEAR as i done master degree again and only use SEGS one time, at that time no IGS introduce. new rule April 2009 student who already utilized SEGS,FTW,PWS can not apply again.
Please Help Me.

No, you're not eligible for PSW. Previous holders of SEGS can't reaply for PSW
