i am a new member for this forum and spent 3 days to go though all postings and found there are plenty of helping hand around here, so decided to post. first of all thanks for spending time to read my post
i was in IGS and applied for PSW transition arrangement, Finally got refused as usual
for fund maintenancei was not fully awared about this new rules, but did hear about this few months ago. i am in permenant work and arround £2500 to £3000 hiting my bank account for the last 12 months from my employer and business (all 100% leagal), but the balance wasnt always £800 (this caused issue here
)this all just to prove HO that we can support ourselves with out recoursing public fund
in my case, being a single i have more than enough fund to support myself and have a good skilled job from A reated employer
anyway HO decision is not end of the day, i am very confident that i can go for appeal with out Rep. any suggesion????
i am gonna go for appeal, any advise on this highly apreciated
