Limited company formation

Hi,

Hope all of you are doing well.
Can anybody please inform me if I am allowed to form a limited company. my current status is that my visa (PSW) was refused however decision was in my favour in court. I have received a letter from tribunal regarding the decision but havent heard anything from HO yet, in the mean time am I eligible to form a limited company?
Please let me know asap.

U can do it ... they dont really ask u for your status when u apply for company formation..

yes u can open it without any problem search for duport on google and foolw the registration process and to open the business acnt take ur provisional licesne in the bank along with u r compay registration no once it arrives dont take passport if u dont have valid visa everything will be ok ....
