Applying after LTR have expied under Transitional Arrangment

Dear All,

I was applicable to one year IGS extension, under the transitional arrangements.

But i had send my passport for tier one general application (which got refused) and in the mean while my leave to remain ( LTR) expired on 29th May 2009.

Can i still apply for my Extension..?

Dont worry.You can still apply for igs extension(igs_psw)with in 28 days from the date of your tier 1 general refusal.have you got 800 in your account for the last 3 months.you need to submmit your passort&3 months bank statments.

Yes i have the passport and also the bank statement which i can apply through..
