URGENT!!!!!!! WHEN TO APPLY FOR HSMP EXTENSION

Hi Guys I got the HSMP Approval Letter in OCT 2004 and I got my FLR on 10th Dec 2004

when should I apply for HSMP Extension, would it be 2 months before OCT 2004 or 2 months before Dec 2004.

Kindly respond asap.

two months before dec...before you got the EC.

EC was not applicable to me, as I applied for HSMP within UK

Raj,

I believe you should submit your FLR(IED) application 2 months prior to Dec 2005 (assuming that you were given 1 year FLR on basis of HSMP approval in Dec. 2004).

John, I came in UK on student visa before 2 years, then I switched to HSMP.

Thanks Smit, yes my FLR is currently valid uptill 10th Dec 2005, hence I believe I should apply by 10TH OCT 2005
