hi

friend of my sister partner was removed in 2006 before the five year band went to ten year , reason for this her partner was told he could go home and sort ot from oversea which is what she is doing as she will be marring him december. when sholud she apply for his visa and does he a chance of return to his family. one more thing she calms tax credit aand 2008 - 2009 she was overpaid by 1.000 will ithis effect his visa

After marriage to a settled or British citizen, he may apply for a spouse visa. However, this may be subject to refusal under 320(11).
