Advice on overstayers immigration rights

Post by Leslie666 » Thu Jun 11, 2009 6:15 pm

I came in to the U.K. from the U.S.A. on a visitors visa . I came to see someone whom I meet before and this was my second visit to the uk in the space of two months. On the second trip I fell pregnant to the man who is a british citizen and from me falling pregnant we decided to marry for the sake of the child the child is now aged four years old. From all the confusion of what had happened to us with us marrying and having a baby on the way we lost all concept of sorting the immigration and almost five years has gone bye on my expired visa. I was just wanting to gain some kind of advice on how we can correct this problem of immigration as from what we have already tried to gain advice it has been quite fruitfull and seemed to have scared us in what is the right thing to do.
