Tier 2 General and WP Extension

Hi all i m appliying for Tier 2 General Undertransaction Arrangement.( Old Work permir holder) Now as per Application form i need to send just bank statement is it oky ?
Or do i need to send Salary Slip as well as.


and is it correct catefory ( under transaction Arrangemnt)
Company Got SP Certi and Licence./

We are also surprised that there is no other documentation required apart from bank statements.

My husband is going for extension this month and wondering if you found out anything further on this?
