Training for Specialist level

Hi All,

Is it necessary to have training for Specialist level experience.

Have any one got approval without training?

I do. It is not clear that training is a mandatory requirement.

I dont believe that training is required, but if you can prove that some training you had, that was specialized, that helped you to do a specialized job, then that could be of benefit.

Thats true, but in my case I haven't undergone any training. I have gained specialist skill over the years of work in various projects. I have developed myself over many years through work and experience.
